The products offered through the shop Mayador Online Shop, are distributed only in the Peninsula, for shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands should contact the company, where they will be informed of the options available.
Purchase procedure
- Selected products
The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping basket by clicking on the corresponding button.
The shopping basket will contain the selected item, the number of units and the price in Euros. The price shown is inclusive of tax but exclusive of delivery charges as these vary. - Billing and shipping details
Your billing and shipping details will appear on the screen according to the details you entered when registering as a user or making a purchase, and you can change these details. - Order and Payment Confirmation
Once you have completed your order and before it is dispatched, you will receive a summary showing the items you have purchased, their total price (including tax and delivery charges) and your billing and delivery details.- Purchases must be paid for by credit or debit card (see “Accepted means of payment”).
- Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be communicated via the website.
- A message will also be sent by e-mail with a description of the order and the personal data provided.
- If at the time of placing the order we discover that any of the products included in the order are out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount charged for the product will be paid within a few days.
Accepted payment methods
Mayador Online Shop only accepts payment by credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, DISCOVER) for items purchased through the shop.
The charge is made online, in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial institution concerned, once the accuracy of the data provided has been verified. Secure payment systems from leading e-commerce financial institutions are used to ensure maximum payment security. Confidential payment information is encrypted and sent directly to the financial institution.
Delivery times and shipping costs
Items purchased from the Mayador Online Shop are shipped by courier and are delivered approximately 2-4 working days after the order is confirmed. All orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.
Customer data
In order to make purchases, you must register your personal details. When you place an order, your personal, address and payment details will be added to our database and will only be used to process the order and to send you information about offers and services that may be of interest to you.
Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data will be included and processed in the files of BODEGAS MAYADOR in order to process your order and provide you with our services, as well as to keep you informed of news and offers relating to them.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the user expressly consents to the transfer or communication of his/her personal data to third party companies so that they may process said data in order to guarantee the continuity of the services offered by BODEGAS MAYADOR and to monitor the correct functioning of the website.

Every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on the website is accurate and free from typographical errors. In the event that this type of error occurs at any time, beyond the control of BODEGAS MAYDOR, it will be corrected immediately.
If there is a typographical error in any of the prices displayed and a customer has made a purchase decision based on this error, we will notify the customer of the error and the customer will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost to them.
